Matte-finished iron, simply shaped, a small pendant with quiet presence.
A Danish idea, done properly: a spun-iron dome with a smaller globe floating beneath it, so the bulb is never in your eyes. The light bounces once around the inside of the dome and arrives soft — a warm pool on the table below, and nothing to squint at from the pillow.
Will it fit? The shade is Ø 23 × H 16 cm — made to hang low and close: over a bedside table, a reading chair, or in a pair at either side of the bed. The drop adjusts up to 150 cm and is trimmed at installation, so it suits any ceiling from 2.4 m.
Fitting it. It hangs from an existing ceiling fitting, using the wires already there — no new wiring. The E27 bulb is included, in the right warmth, so it glows the evening it goes up.

Most pendants arrive as an empty shade, and you finish the job with a trip to the shops. This one comes with its warm white bulb already fitted. Under the iron dome sits a small opal globe, so the light is softened before it reaches the room and you get a warm glow rather than a bare bulb in the eye. When the bulb finally goes, years from now, it is a standard screw fitting you can replace yourself. No proprietary part, no hunt.

The drop adjusts and locks at any height up to 150 cm, which lets you hang it low over a bedside or a worktop, around 70 to 80 cm above the surface, without dropping it into anyone’s eyeline. It wires to live and neutral like a standard pendant. Fitting a light where there is no point already, or if you are unsure about the earthing on a metal fitting, is the one job worth an electrician.

Does it come with a bulb?
Yes. It arrives with its warm white bulb already fitted, so there is no bulb hunt on the day it goes up. And because it is a standard screw fitting, when the bulb eventually goes you replace it yourself with any warm white bulb. No proprietary part to chase down.
What colour light does it give?
A warm white, the cosy end of the scale rather than a cool office light. We fit the warm bulb for you. The opal globe under the dome softens it further, so you get a gentle glow rather than a bright point of light.
Which colours does it come in?
Matte black, which settles into a darker or more industrial scheme, and a soft off-white that keeps a hallway or bedroom feeling light. Pick the one that suits the room, and they look lovely hung as a pair.

It is a metal fitting, so if you are unsure whether your ceiling point is earthed, or you are adding a light where there is no point already, have an electrician check it. That part is quick for them and worth doing.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
Best not. It is made for living spaces like hallways, bedrooms, landings and over a table, and is not sealed against bathroom steam.
