How much is delivery, and how will I know it is on its way?
Delivery is a flat £2.95 anywhere in the UK, fully tracked, with no minimum spend, and the price at checkout is all you pay us. You will get a tracking link the moment your order leaves us, so you can follow it to the door.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
What if something goes wrong?
If a piece is faulty or stops working in normal use, get in touch and a real person will put it right or replace it. Your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act always apply, and you don’t pay to find out.
Will I need to buy a bulb?
It depends on the piece. Many have a built-in LED, so there is no bulb to buy at all. Others take a standard bulb you supply, which lets you choose the exact warmth you want. Each product page says clearly which it is.
Do I need an electrician to fit it?
No. Our pieces replace an existing ceiling or wall fitting on the wires already there, so there is no new wiring. Only a light in a brand-new position calls for an electrician.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not for now. LUNARIA is made for British homes, so we deliver to UK addresses only.
