A linen shade over warm bronze — soft light with a tailored edge.
Two cones of textural linen meet at a bronze band — a bow-tie silhouette that throws light upward through the open shade and lets it glow gently downward through a linen diffuser. Lit, the weave itself becomes the surface: soft highlights, soft shadows, and a warmth only fabric can give.
Will it fit? It's H 24 cm, on a compact Ø 12 cm bronze backplate — sized for beside a bed, over a kitchen worktop, or in a pair either side of a chimney breast.
Fitting it. It mounts to an existing wall point, using the wires already there — no new wiring. Both compact G9 bulbs are included, in the right warmth.
The linen is a natural oatmeal weave; the piece is finished in a deep, aged bronze.

The shades are wrapped in a textural oatmeal linen, so the weave and its small slubs catch the light instead of hiding from it. The band that holds them wears a deep aged bronze finish over steel, warm rather than shiny, the kind of detail that reads considered from across the room and tailored up close. Fabric shades like this usually live in designer showrooms. This one simply arrives in a box.
After dark
Light through linen is a different kind of light.
The open top cone sends a warm wash up the wall. The lower cone closes with a linen diffuser disc, so the light that falls comes through the fabric first, soft, even and warm. It is an accent light rather than a main light, the glow of a good hotel bedside brought onto your own wall. In a larger room, pair it with other light and let this one set the mood.

At H 24 cm it is neatly proportioned, present enough to anchor a bedside wall on its own and made for pairs, either side of a bed, a chimney breast, or spaced along a kitchen wall above the worktop. It mounts to an existing wall point on the same wires, so a pair goes up on the wiring already there. It sits a little proud of the wall, so in a narrow hallway leave room to pass.

- Connect to your existing wall point, live to live, neutral to neutral.
- Fix the backplate, fit the two G9 bulbs, and it is done.

Are the G9 bulbs included?
Yes. Two warm white G9 bulbs come in the box, so it lights the evening it goes up. They are a standard fitting you can replace yourself later, with no proprietary part to hunt down.
What are the shades made of?
Textural oatmeal linen over a bronze-finish steel band and backplate. The weave catches the light rather than hiding from it, and the bronze finish is warm rather than shiny.
Will it light a whole room?
It is a warm accent light, up through the open shade and softly down through a linen diffuser. It is at its best either side of a bed or above a worktop. In a larger room, pair it with other light rather than relying on it alone.
Can I fit a pair either side of a bed?
Yes, and it is where these look their best. One finishes a bare wall; a matching pair either side of a bed, a chimney breast or a mirror gives you symmetry. Set the quantity to two for the pair, and space them to match.
Can I dim it?
Yes, with dimmable G9 LED bulbs on a compatible wall dimmer. The light itself has no dimmer built in. Turned low, the linen glows softly for the evening.
Do I need an electrician?
It mounts to an existing wall point on the same wires, so there is no new wiring, and the bronze backplate covers the box. Adding a light where there is not one already, or if you are unsure about the earthing, is a job for an electrician.
How is it switched on and off?
From your existing wall switch, like the fitting it replaces. There is no cord or switch on the light itself, so check you have a wall switch where you want it.
Is it right for a bathroom?
Best not. It is made for bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen walls, and is not sealed against bathroom steam.
What if it arrives marked, and do you deliver outside the UK?
Each light is packed to travel. On the rare occasion a piece arrives marked, send us a photo and we will replace or refund it under our 30-day returns, from a UK address, with no return trip abroad. For now we ship to UK addresses only.
