Cancellation form

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days, starting the day after your order is delivered, to change your mind and cancel. Our own returns window is longer: you have 30 days from delivery to send a piece back. You don’t have to use this form, any clear statement by email is enough, but it’s here as a simple template.
