Payment policy

How you pay, and how your payment is kept secure — in plain terms.
How to pay
You can pay with all major debit and credit cards, along with the digital wallets shown at the checkout (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available on your device). The methods available to you appear on the payment screen before you confirm. We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfer.
A secure, encrypted checkout
Your payment is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout over an encrypted connection. Card processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. Only the information needed to fulfil and support your order reaches us.
Currency and pricing
Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you see includes UK tax (VAT) where it applies — the price on the page is the price you pay for the item. Any delivery charge is shown clearly at the checkout before you confirm your order.
When you are charged
When you place an order, your payment method is authorised for the order total and charged as the order is confirmed. If a payment cannot be taken, your order will not be completed and no goods will be dispatched.
Authorisation and fraud checks
For your security and ours, payments may be subject to authorisation and standard fraud-prevention checks by your bank and our payment provider. If a payment cannot be verified, we may be unable to accept the order and will let you know.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is made to your original payment method. How and when refunds apply is set out in our Returns & refunds policy.
Questions about a payment
If a payment doesn’t go through, or you see something you don’t recognise, email {{EMAIL}} or use our contact page and a real person will help.
