The materials
Two rings of acrylic, cleanly done.
The outer drum is crisp acrylic in a smooth matte finish. The inner diffuser is acrylic too, and its one job is to hide the LED points so you never see a bright dome. From below you read two clean circles, exact edges, nothing cheap about it.
Made for the evening
The light hides inside the drum.
There is no bare diffuser and no glare. The LED sits between the outer drum and the inner ring, so what you see is a soft halo washing the ceiling and a pool of light beneath. It is the kind of light that makes a room feel finished at dusk.
Fitting it
Surface mounted, straight onto the ceiling.
It is a surface-mounted, self-contained fitting: it fixes flat to the ceiling rather than hanging from it, and at 14 cm deep it stays close to the ceiling line. Adding a light where there is not one already, or altering any wiring, is the one job worth a qualified electrician. - Turn the power off at the consumer unit.
- It is surface mounted and self-contained, so it fixes flat to the ceiling.
- Connect the mains feed, then fix the fitting in place.
- Restore the power at the consumer unit.
Adding a light where there is not one already, or altering any wiring, is a job for a qualified electrician. What you fix it to depends on your ceiling, so check what you have before you start.

No. The LED is built in and included, so there is nothing to buy, match or replace.
