Three whites, one switch
Warm, neutral, cool.
No remote, no app, no dimmer to buy. Flick the wall switch to step through warm, neutral and cool, and settle on the one the room wants.
Up close
It holds up close.
Aluminium, bent by hand and finished in baked matte paint. The light comes through a soft silicone skin rather than a sheet of brittle plastic, so it stays even and gentle on the eye. It reads as a considered piece, not a bargain buy.
Fitting it
Up yourself, in an afternoon.
It replaces a light you already have, on the wires already there. No new holes, no new wiring. For something flatter against the plaster, see the Nordic Wood-Tone Ultra-Thin Flush; for glass rather than metal, the Antique Brass Semi-Flush. It sits in our ceiling lights edit, with the rest of the flush and semi-flush range.
- Turn it off at the fuse box.
- Match the two wires, live and neutral, to the plate.
- Clip the light on. Done.
Adding a light where there isn’t one? That is a job for an electrician.

Can I change the colour of the light, or dim it?
It doesn’t dim; instead it gives three whites, warm, neutral and cool, stepped through from your existing wall switch, so you settle on the one the room wants. The LED is built in too, so there’s no bulb to buy.
Is it hard to put up?
No. The ribbon arrives in one piece, with no light-bars to assemble: you fit one plate and connect two wires over your existing ceiling point.
Do I need an electrician?
No. It replaces an existing ceiling or wall fitting on the same wires, so there is no new wiring.
When will it arrive?
