A slim wood-tone edge is set into the painted metal band, a small warm detail that stops a flush light reading like an office fitting. It is a wood-tone finish, not a plank of timber, and that is the point: warm to look at, slim to sit. Choose black or white to keep a hallway quiet, or a soft matte pastel for a child’s room or a study. One colour per room, and let the warm edge do the talking.
After dark
Full-face light, no glare.
The entire face is the diffuser, so light comes off it evenly, with no hot spot and no shadowed corners in a small room. It is the fix for the landing that is never quite bright enough and the bedroom that does not want a pendant hanging overhead. One soft, warm wash, and the room settles.
Fitting it
Flush to the ceiling you already have.
It mounts on a standard plate over your existing ceiling point, the same wires and the same hole, so there is usually no new wiring. The LED is built in, so there is nothing to wire into the fitting itself and no bulb to seat. Ultra-thin, it sits nearly flush, which keeps a 2.4 m landing or bedroom feeling open rather than boxed in.

Is it real wood?
No, and we would rather be straight about it. The warm edge is a wood-tone finish set into a painted metal band, over an acrylic face. It gives you the warm, Scandinavian look of wood on a slim, light fitting, without the weight or the price of solid timber.
Which colour should I choose?
One colour per room works best. Black or white keeps a hallway or landing quiet; the pastels are soft and matte rather than bright, which suits a child’s room or a study. The wood-tone edge runs across the whole range, so every colour keeps the same warm detail.
Is there a bulb to buy?
No. The LED is built in and gives a warm white, so there is nothing to source, match or replace. It is covered by our two-year guarantee, and if it ever failed within that time we would replace the whole light.
Can I dim it, or change the white?
No. This is one fixed warm white, on and off at your wall switch. There is no remote, no app and no colour to cycle through, which keeps it simple and means nothing to lose down the sofa.
Will it suit a low ceiling?
Yes. It is ultra-thin and sits nearly flush against the ceiling, so it is comfortable under a standard 2.4 m ceiling and keeps a small room feeling open.
How big a room does it suit?
Ø 30 cm suits rooms of roughly 5–12 m²: a hallway, a landing, a child’s room or a study. The whole face is the diffuser, so the light is even, with no hot spot or shadowed corner. Judge it by the room rather than the wattage.
Will the colours look like they do on screen?
We show each colour as accurately as screens allow, and the pastels are gentle and matte in the room rather than vivid. If a shade is not quite what you pictured, it is an easy return to a UK address.
When will it arrive, and can I return it?
It is dispatched from the UK with free delivery, and returns come back to a UK address, never overseas. If anything is wrong on arrival, or the LED ever fails within your two-year guarantee, send us a photo and we will sort a replacement or refund.
